Takeing a nap during the day is allmost a must for me every day, Sleeping too long makes me groggy the rest of the day, but not enough is no good either. How long should a nap be in order to get the most energy while avoiding groggyness?

i say sleep for about twenty minutes its not too long and its not too short of a time try it and see wat works for you

i take around 20 minute ones and im recharged and not all groggy after
