Ok so I know this girl pretty well and I have been flirting with her for a couple of weeks now and well, she has this "gay" list, where she writes down things that she thinks are gay. Well I guess it's a girl thing - she does it for fun...
Today she showed me the list and my name was written in there in pencil on the bottom. Should I take that as a joke/flirt?
Because she kinda flirts with me too.

If the girl is about 14 or under then she probably doesn't like you.
She might wonder why you don't ask her out since you two have been flirting.
Wonder why everyone who answered this question misunderstood the word "gay". Aside from the meaning "homosexual" Isn't that also slang for something "undesirable" in our culture?

If she showed it to you, and your name was down at the bottom, it's probably a joke and she may be flirting with you. Trying to see how you'd react.

I'm not sure about the gay list. She might have done it for a joke but also she might be making fun of you. Or maby shes trying to play hard to get! we never know! But I would ask her about it. It is your right to know what shes talking about...

What you need to do in this case is maybe just go upto her and see what she says, maybe start by asking her how much she likes you, or if you dont have the guts to do that then just tell her that you sort of facny her as more than a mate and just see what happens from there.

i think she was flirting with you cuz why would she put your name on that list and show it to you unless she want to see you reaction
take a chance and ask her out

Ooooohhhh... Tough one.
I forsee two possibilites here:
#1: She's playful, and she's playing with you, to see your sense of humor. There could be potential
#2: I fear this is the more logical and likely choice. She is not "playful", she's rather more "manipulative". In Ladderspeak, we refer to this as a "Ninja B|+ch"
Further, I fear you may in fact, be "friended".

well sinces she showed u the list and i guess showed nobody else the list, she must of put ur name there on purpose jus to she how you would react. but remember she put it there on purpose or did she???=]

Maybe she's wondering if that's why you haven't tried to take things to another level. Ask her out and see what happens.
