im going to the beach 2morro & if like last time i see a hott guy like right there my age {{im 14}} would it be stupid if i went up to him and started the conversation if it seems like he'sz not going to even though you keep making eye contact. What should i say if i do go up to him? or should i wait for him to come up to me??

Go up to him! The only way you will get what you want out of life is to go for it!(But stick to guys your own age. Anyone older will try to take advantage of you.)

Don't stress. Just say hello. That'll open a door for the guy to talk to you. If he's interested, he'll go out of his way to talk to you, now that he knows you'll talk back. If not, he won't. And then you can move on to a different guy. But yeah, just say hi and see how that works. Good luck!

Just go up to him and say hi. Introduce yourself and ask if he's from around there. It's fine for a girl to aproach a man.

Introduce yourself, make some small talk, and tell him you need him to rub some sunscreen on your back/shoulders.
If he can't take a hint from that, or refuses, then you know for sure.

Why not go up to him, in today society we women are more aggressive and outgoing..don't be shy it I don't think he'd bite...perhaps say no or yes lets go for an ice cream.

just go up to him with confidence && ask him for his name and tell him you thought he was cute and maybe ya'll can hang out sometime.walk with him & get to know him.
don't be shy he'll take more intrest in you have confidence in you.
