well for me it's half good and half bad, good thing i don't have to go to school for 3 months and the bad thing is i have to take care of my annoying little brother.

When I was in school -- yes (no school and fun, fun, fun). Now that I am an adult (sort of), I prefer November and December. I can use the extra days we get for holidays as extra time tagged on to my vacation days. I can go on longer trips that way.

You could look at it from the point of view like this. I don't get a summer vacation, in fact summer is the busiest time of year in my field (basically construction but always indoors). I always take a week off in August, only to turn around and have another job for that week during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. This is a huge event that draws hundreds of thousands to a town with a population of about 7,000. I am not trying to complain I am just saying that you could be worse off than you are now.

Well I' d have to say that summer is pretty nice not having school for a while but then again its not that great I find myself in the house more over the summer so... I'd wouldn't say that its the greatest time of the year for me....

It's good because it's vacation. It's bad because of the hot weather. I think they should switch the 3 month vacation to Winter. That would be wicked cool...

I still enjoy summer vaca...it's the best time to get some sun, but I also enjoy traveling in the winter as well

No way. Once you reach college it is summer school/work/training if you play a division I sport like I do. Ohhh I miss my youth.

it's bood, but it goes so freaking fast that I can't enjoy it! i wish we had like 6 months or a YEAR!
