No you won't go blind, but you'll have a mighty tough time seeing the things you want to see.

Go get an eye exam. There is no pain involved. And if your vision is off, the doc will write a prescription for either glasses or contacts.

It really depends on what is wrong with your eyes. If you are
merely near or far sighted glasses will improve your vision.
If it it glaucoma and it goes untreated, YES you will go blind.
Cateracts cause a clouding under the lenses and this is caused
by diabetes and other illnesses. This requires surgery to remove
the cloud or unclear vision, then a new lense in implanted to correct the vision.

GET YOUR EYES EXAMINED!!!! IT IS IMPORTANT!!!

Who told you that? I bet it wasn't an optometrist. They can't make such general statements.
