lifelover - "MANY things have been disproved in the Bible. "
Remember, you do not believe in God, so of course these things did not happen in your mind. The truth is, all things are possible with God. These things are nothing for God. A walk in the park.
"Evolution"
Glad you mentoned this, just today I heard a guy with two phd's give a great christian perspective on this, you should have heard it.
"Your religion was nothing new."
The way you de-emphasize Christianity is so intellectually dishonest.
Its huge compareed to those. And there are soooo many things that make it stand out from the rest!

jade - You would be suprised how much has been proved.
Why do you sound like you hate the Bible?

shawn - Science proves the Bible. It does not disprove it. You are referring to false interpretations/beliefs of people, not Biblical doctrine.

Its the fault of parents. They do not teach their children to have faith and about the Word of God in the Bible.
Proverbs 22:
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

ECCLESIASTES:
Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not.

2 TIMOTHY:
And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

Religion is a personal choice, a belief an opinion.
Nothing in the bible has been disproved.. what has been proved?

Im OK with rejecting the bible as I believe it is a crock! I dont for 1 min believe anything that is written in it!

You believe he exists.. I dont.. there is no right or wrong answer.. its a personal choice! The sooner you realise that, the sooner you can get on living your own life the way someone else wanted you too....

MANY things have been disproved in the Bible. Evolution, snakes don't talk, donkeys don't talk, snakes don't eat dirt, nobody has ever resurrected, the sun has never stood still (the earth moves around the sun and has never stopped even for a day, even for any god), there was no city named nazareth until about 400 years AD! There are sooooo many lies in the bible, it takes alot of willing ignorance to beileve it.

Why are you so willing to accept set of doctrines because others have told you you should? People 'held and cherished' the idea that the earth was the center of the astronomical system even after Copernicus demonstrated the heliocentric theory. People held and cherished the idea that the world is flat.

Do you believe that or has science even affected you?

Nothing of the bible has been proved either.

Has anything in the Harry Potter series been disproven. Should we just start blinding worshipping The Boy Who Lived?

Because my beliefs have been held and cherished by people long before the bible was written, and mine have yet to be disproved either. Blessed be.

I believe that people are -- and should be -- free to believe whatever they want. That goes for you, me, the guy down the street, the guy in the oval office... everyone.

The real question here is why aren't you OK with people having that freedom? Why does their nonbelief in your religion threaten you?

why do men have nipples, biblically speaking?

I know why they have them scientifically speaking- when we are concieved, we all start exactly same, and somewhere in there, men get a shot of hormone, and become male.

so if God created Man first, and then women, why the nips on men?
