First and foremost, they must be deported...
Those born here in the U.S. of illegals need to be sent to foster homes for the time being and be hooked up with a youth program of some type and an education.
While all this is going on, the borders need to be closed. A wall, fense, some type of border needs to go up..
When this is going on also, the government agencies need to look at the system itself. What are the problems? Where are they coming from? Then they need to throw out Spanish, trash the documents in spanish, and everything is in English.. That way, we can save money by only printing one language, and use the money that we had for that in Spanish, to be funding a way to anti-counterfiet documents.. Just as we have done our money.
We need to make a database with all information.. And we need to use that database accordingly thru the government. We need to find a way to speed up the process in which illegal aliens can become legal citizens-- however, before applying, they need to be able to speak the English language --at least the basics.
They must go thru a course, and pass a test. They must know several things about American history, it's legal system, it's laws, and how American history has an effect on today.
Applicants will then have to wait...because time takes time. They will have to prove to the INS that they are compatible and can be undistinguished from the rest of U.S. citizens.
After they receive their green card, they can be eligible for work (at least at minimum wage) depending on what state and where.
All United States benefits will be shared amongst Citizens only.. LEGAL DOCUMENTED CITIZENS!!
No matter if you have a green card or what!
If you have more than 3 kids, you must pay extra taxes for every dependent above the 4th. (including spouse). This may help eliminate excessive birth's, etc..
If you would like to adopt, than the government should encourage this-- because there is already too many children without homes already.. without real parents-- who can only imagine a dream to be with someone that will love them-- and take care of them.. as they should.
The government should payback to these people annually when they receive back from tax returns.

Fine the corporations and employers who hire them. The corporations are who run our government, so slim chance that will happen. Arrest and deport illegal immigrants and secure our border. Low wage labor is a crime, it only takes away from citizens of America and is by no means a solution for corporations to cut costs.

Bring the troops home from Iraq where they don't have any business and station them along the border where they do have business. Give them all loaded machine guns with orders to shoot. That will stop all the drug running and illegal border crossings pronto!

Deport them all by building a giant canapolt and launch it in the general direction of the country they are from. who cares if they acutaly get back to thier country, just as long as they are out of our country.
Also, lets plant land mines out in the dessert so that when people run across the border, they will explode! :) This way we can keep the vulchers fead! :P

what we should do is get out of Iraq and use our troops to close our borders to all these people who think the U.S.A.owes then a living. illegals are wrecking our societal services, they all use it to get free food and meds. if your not a citizen you dint/ should not receive any benefits.
