Yeah I know going to upset you all with this one, but hear me out... I am not talking little green men and flying saucers here, but who is to say "God" is not a supreme being from another time or place or dimension.
Whose to say we are not a science experiment in a laboratory dish. Whose to say that we wasn't transported to this planet from another dimension or galaxy. I would just love to hear what you think.
I don't wish to offend the god believers, I am still sitting on the proverbial fence, getting splinters in my butt, looking at all possibilities, that's all.

I believe at the time of the Neanderthals a space ship landed on earth and after surveying the planet they went back home and empty out all there prisons, mental hospitable and all their malcontents and brought them here. As far out as this sounds, if you think about it, it makes sense. It would explain so many of the question that the Bible raises. Where did Adam and Eves children find mates? What was the Tower of Babel? Why are we so different from each other? Most of all while do we find it so easy to kill each other. One more thing, if woman gave birth at that time with all the noise and smell we would never had survived as a species. I think on the home world pain was a thing of the past. I think that they do keep a watch on us. I believe when there is a sighting like Our Lady of Fatima its them trying to help us. When I watch The Discovery Channel and see the wonders of the world I can not believe they just happened. I believe Jesus came to earth to try to help us to understand what we could become. Well we know what happened to him. Of course I could be wrong and we are just an experiment in some ones lab.

When people have an enlightenment experience, their self is seen as illusory and there's only One thing in the universe - some call that One thing 'God', others the 'Void'. All the separate forms are manifestations of that One thing but, in reality, have no separate existence. Sentient beings like ourselves are seen as no different from anything else in the universe - rocks, black holes, crap, piss, stars, etc. Sentient beings on other planets ('aliens') are just the same -- with the capability of experiencing 'god' like us. In this, god wouldn't be an alien or from another dimension in the same way that he's not a person -- however, there is nowhere where god is not (being the substratum of existence) and, therefore, god is the alien, us, the rocks, the multiple dimensions, etc. The worst part about this answer is it just adds a different set of concepts -- silly crap -- god needs to be directly experienced; no set of concepts or beliefs or reasoning will do it.

Devani, a residing being is the two an earthling or an alien or nonexistent. i'm undecided why this religious question is being published interior the technological know-how section, although. i anticipate you're an athiest making a factor. As an athiest, i does not choose to be enslaved for all eternity to an alien creature who has almost destroyed my species. there is no foundation to think of that this alien exists.

I do not think that God can be considered an alien because he has the unique classification as the creator of the universe. Nothing is foreign to him, he is all knowing and all seeing, and according to the Bible, his presence has been on Earth on numerous occasions.

What solidifies him as not being an alien is that he created humanity in his image, so he is just like humans in some way.

God would not be an alien... he created the entire universe, so he is at home wherever he/she is at any time, and is present everywhere, so he/she is always at home....

Humans I believe, are a type of parasite, probably deposited on earth by some creature that took a dump here thousands of years ago, and we emerged from the resulting fecal matter....

God is The Supreme Being, from everlasting, yesterday, today & tomorrow.

God lets us make decisions, write & wrong. Obeying His will or disobeying Him. We learn from the consequences.

He thought of us, He spoke things into existense with faith filled words. God said, "Let us make man in our image..."

Jesus told Pontius Pilot that His Kingdom is not of this World.
