there was someone withh him in the car who shot him then he died
or he had a gun in the car that he accidentaly triggered and the gun was like facing him then he got shot and died
or he needed to get some medical shots and the doctor was with him in the car and gave the man his shots which he thought was medicine but it was actually poison there then he died
or he had a camera with him and asked someone to take shots of him in the car then the flash was too bright , he got blind and then he died
or he had some of that alchohol which he drank in the small glasses( thats called shots too right?) then he got drunk and did some stuff then died
p.s. you didn't say if he was shot by a gun! You also said there wasn't any bullet wholes anywhere so there you go!!

You know full well there are a billion possible answers.
1.) it's a convertable
2.) He got with something other than a ballistic weapon, like maybe a plasma rifle
3.) He got shot by the passenger
4.) The windows were replaced after he was shot
5.) The windows, while rolled up, are absent. Not that that makes sense.
6.) He was shot by something non-lethal, and then suffocated on fumes
7.) I think you get the point...

ok 2 scenarios either someone was with him and shot him and locked the door before getting out, or he was shot then placed in the car

must of been someone else with the door open who shot him and then shut and locked the door when they left.
edit- logic has nothing to do with answering this question. He promised 10 to the first. i still get two for answering a question that has been asked so many times it has lost its fun appeal, yet I still got the two points and he got his answer. that is logic.

okay, it's a convertible, and i think the bullet stayed in the dead guy . to everyone who answered this and was pissy cause it's obvious, '' HELLO! It is obviously a convertible, this is an old riddle. Good one that is easy to figure out if you look in the right direction though. I like riddles =D
