Supposedly the perm won't last (or last very long). Did you ever see Legally Blond? There is a whole scene in there about it.

You just washed the perm right out of your hair. You are suppossed to let the perm "take" and not washing the hair allows the perm to really set in the hair. You'll probably need to get another perm.Ask your hair stylist.

you may wash your hair with water on my own after the 1st 24-40 8 hours. yet once you wash it with shampoo or conditioner it may wash out the chemical interior the perm. Perms could properly be extraordinarily high priced, so I wouldnt overlook the "dont wash your hair" rule till you wanna be decrease back on the hair fabric cloth wardrobe day after as we communicate.

The water can potentially deactivate the chemicals that cause your hair to curl - therefore you're not supposed to wash it for two days. Doesn't always happen....you lucked out.

It usually messes it up. My friends all complain about not being able to shower because they just got a perm. one of my friends couldn't take it and showered and totally regretted it because it was gone.
