I am divorced and I was told in order to get the passports for the children I need my ex to sign the papers and get them notarized. He is not going to give it to me! He is going back to his country soon and I will not be able to do anything! How can I legally get these passports so that I can go to England???

Call a lawyer, ask what your options are. I have to ask... If your ex is from another country, have your kids never been out of the country they live in? If they have don't they already have passports? You can always just google "How to get a passport" You will find a website that tells you everything you need to know to get it.
