Why do men bluntly stare at women's boobs? Is this a new age invitation? I wonder how would they react, if girls would squat down in high heels and make an "eye" contact with dicks. One of these days, I am going to run that plan..

There is a curious fascination with them.
There was a show on the other night called "Cleavage" that went into this very question. See link below.
It certainly isn't polite or in good taste.
My mom always says, "You can't help it when the sun shines in your face." That is to say that some things are just so obvious you can't help but notice.
Also it's probably an innate instinct in that they are humans' original source of nourishment.

Men are wired a bit differently than women (and I don't mean this in a bad way). Men were created to be visual. They are so stimulated by what they can see. And that's not a bad thing, that's how God made them. But we as women need to realize that, and if we don't want them to stare at our boobs, then we should not dress in a way to draw attention to our boobs. The clothes that women wear nowadays are just outrageously skimpy and it's just asking for attention. Why then do they complain when they get that attention? And just for the record men would probably love it if you squatted down in high heels to "look" at them. They'd get a pretty good look themselves!

OMG, there was a whole thread on this on the LYC forums. Women can wear any kind of shirt at all. I could dress like the Michelin Man, and some men would still stare in a rude and creepy way. There's looking - glancing - which is fine, and then there's just plain creepy staring/leering. Men who do this need to learn some common manners.

Having developed very early on in life this had been a major sore spot with me for years. Now I am married and not in the bar scene I don't have to deal with it very often anymore. However, my standard reply had always been, "Hey! They don't talk! Try about 1 foot higher! When the guy looks up at me I would give him the once over. Shake my head and say no thanks and walk away! Just a bit of turning the tables was always sweet!

Squating down and making eye contact with their "di.ks will only excite them more.

I guess men look at boobs because, well, let's face it, they're right in plain view and it never gets old. I don't mean to be perverted in any way but it's the truth.

Yes, men would like it. We know that most of you are looking anyway, men just are not trying to be sly about it. We are looking at boobs, butts, and hips because they relate to child bearing. Something that goes back to "caveman" days.

Something about the curvature of boobs is very attractive. Same for the butt curvature.
