Yes there is! Just put quicktime into your browser and pick the download site. Hint, Loading a slightly older version will probably not carry the "crudware".

iTunes is overrated. Winamp is much neater. Use Quicktime alternative from
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/QuickTime_Alternative.htm
It does the same but doesn't try to take over your computer.

iTunes is the best media player for windows...
You can always uninstall iTunes without uninstalling Quicktime.
