how do i get my dog to stop humping his bed? he does it all the time, and its pretty disturbing,

more than likely it is just behavior. It is a way that your dog is showing his dominance. It is not causing any problems, I would just let him be. If it bothers you then try spraying him with water when you catch him doing it.

This behavior is typically a dogs way of showing dominance. It is rarely a "sexual" act. Have him neutered if he isn't already.
He may be bored and taking him for regular walks around the neighborhood will exhaust some of his pent up energy. Most dogs do well with two walks a day for 30-45 minutes each.
Offer him chew toys with treats inside. (ex: Kong) You might try daily sessions of playing "fetch" with him to tire him out.

Get him fixed, it will stop him some. My dog is fixed but he still humps things,but he makes sure I see him so I think he does it just to annoy me.

Tell him no when he does it. Your dog humping his bed doesn't always mean he is horney. Some dogs hump to show other dogs, people or things that her or she is the "boss"

Sprinkle some Doe in heat urine on your leg, then he'll hump your leg like any normal dog.

IS he neutered? That would be the first step. But if he has been doing it for a long time it may have just become a habit for him at this point.

He needs to be nuetered; and while he's at the vets', wash all his bedding and anything he lays around on to get rid of his "boy hormones".

Get him neutered or it will be your leg or one of your guest's legs next. If he is already neutered then this is really funny because even a neutered dog will show dominance. He is dominant of his bed. Please neuter him, he will be healthier and happier if you do. Good Luck!

I've heard that this is natural. Getting him nuetered sounds good or perhaps a girl to date :P
