Ok, I have read the Bible before, and I looked at it again. Still makes no sense.?

If I get this right it goes like this, Adam knew Eve (sex) and begot Cain. Adam knew Eve once more and begot Able. That’s it! Then Cain kills Able, and is given the mark by the Lord and sent to dwell in the land of Nod, east of Eden. Then Cain knew is wife and begot Enoch. Where the flipping gram crackers did Cain’s wife come from? The Bible makes no mention of any more sons or daughter before Cain’s discretion or after, before Enoch is born? Did she just appear? Why is this just assumed or look over? Let hear some mindless drivel on this. Don't make anything up and don't assume, I want hear something that I can look up and verify, with actual historical doctrin.

We all have read about Cain and Abel (Gen.4:8-17)
How Cain slew Abel, and God cursed Cain and drove him out.
Then Cain said (Gen.4:14) “that every one that findeth me shall slay me”
Who is Cain worried about?
Then in (Gen.4:17) And Cain knew his wife
Where did Cain find a wife?

The answer is in the Hebrew text (Gen.1:26 and Gen.2:7).

Gen.1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image,

in Hebrew text looks like this ( אדם )
with no article means “MANKIND”
The word “man” (Gen.1:26) transliterated is (adam).

Gen.2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, ….

with article and particle means “THIS SAME MAN ADAM”.

So on the sixth day God created or made MANKIND.

On the eighth day God formed THIS SAME MAN ADAM.

You wanna look it up, okay. The Science of God, by Gerald Schroeder. That's where I first heard this idea anyway. But if you want a summary, here goes. Humans evolved, and as they developed larger brains and became more inquisitive, they began to seek God. Adam was the first to do so, and if ye seek ye shall find-- God revealed himself to Adam, and breathed into him the breath of life, an eternal soul. God made Eve, and they had some kids as you said earlier. Cain kills Abel (not Able, btw), then goes and gets himself a wife from the human population that didn't have souls. The best part is, this is perfectly consistent with the Bible, and was even suggested by the Jewish philosopher Maimonides in the 12th century.

Congratulations. You are intelligent enough to see the contradictions and holes in the Bible. Even when the Bible mentions that somebody found a wife in the land of Nod (as I recall), the religious addicts have to explain it in such a was as to support the Adam and Eve were the first and only people in the world. They make up all kinds of silly theories about this, then they claim scientific theories about evolution are inane. Go figure.

Of course, you can make anything true if your answer is long enough, or so some people seem to think.

No. The Bible isn't going to mention every single person that ever existed. The Bible only tells certain key characters. Cain's wife was from Adam like everybody else. The Bible isn't going to list the birth of every child there is. I did some research on this.

Go back a little bit before Adam and Eve "begat" Cain and Abel... God told them before the fall to go out and populate the Earth... Sin, death and disease didn't exist yet. When Adam and Eve sinned, God said to Eve "I will greatly INCRESE your pains in childbirth" this means she had children before then. There is no indication how many years passed by the time they had Cain and Abel, Cain could have married a sister or a distant cousin at that point. Remember sin didnt exist before the fall so "incest" wouldnt have been a sin.

At that time in human history when humans still had oustanding physical health and vitality, as indicated by the lenght of thier lives, the likelihood of passing on defects as a result of marrying a close relative was not great. After some 2,500 years of human history, however, when mankinds physical conditionhad greatly deteriorated, God gave to Isreal laws forbidding incest. I hope this helps its not a dumb question.

The Quran tells us that the Bible is a Hoax and the Bible agrees with the Quran 100%, but if you check the first page in the Bible where it tells you that day and night were created even before the Sun was created, if you can see this, you are on the way to a good read, because you will then try to see more of the Tricks that it plays on your mind in order to send you insane like the Jesus freaks who think thay alone will qualify for Heaven, so God made a little patch of Hell to look nice from far for them to go rushing into Satan's open arms.
