i am moving into a double-wide trailer. it has a cement foundation and NO basement or crawlspace....where do we go?

If there's no shelter to run to you need to find a low ditch and hide in it as best as you can. Cement foundation or not a tornado will pick up your trailer and fling it with no effort.

Don't hide in your car either, those things are easy pickings for a tornado.

You're screwed.
If there is a highway overpass nearby, I would suggest getting under there. Or, if someone nearby has a root cellar.

Seriously, in a trailer in a tornado, you are screwed.

DO NOT stay in a trailer during a tornado! God hates trailers.
