My husband is 10 years older than me. We met when I was 21. We have been married for 15 years and it's been great. It was wonderful to finally meet a man who was ready for a relationship and was not playing head games. There was no drama. We knew what we were looking for and getting into.

Wow! How cool you found a 36-year old.
Now the 36 year old wants to romance a 20 year old. What kind of filthy creep are you planning on bedding.

It can, but its a tough one, because it's a generational gap there. He is old enough to be her father.
He won't be able to keep up with her physically, and their tastes will be so different too.
If they really work at it, it might just work, but, when he's 65, she'll be 49, still a young woman. And what if you have kids, so there is a lot to think about, and talk about, before you go into that kind of relationship.
