Running, it requires more muscle groups to work. Also point to note ... fat loss is never area specific (unfortunately) it is always all or none

take a one hour spinning interval class-this burns the most calories compared to any cardio, thus you lose fat quickly-then you can increase resistance on bike and add on jumps which will add muscle and work the core...i have seen my students totally change their bodies by taking 4 classes a week.

running works your core and legs so that would be good for both. But biking is really good for your legs and I think easier to commit to. So try both. Biking would help burn fat and it could come off your tummy anywayd

A combination of both. Your body gets "used to" one form of exercise after a while, so changing/mixing it up helps.
