Now, I think girls don't dress for girls because I think GUYS does notice. That's why they always think the girl who dresses tastefully "hot" or "beautiful". They like a woman who takes care of herself and doesn't look like ****. Am I right??

Yes we notice. It matters somewhat... but it's relative to what everyone else is wearing. For example, if you're at a fancy event, wearing your little black dress, but there are 150 other girls doing the same thing, then it's not going to have as much of an effect, even if it has been specially tailored, has a sash, etc.
However.... if you are wearing something stylish, and the girls around you are wearing sweats or going for the grunge look, then you will have an advantage.
Subconsciously, guys will assume that women who have taken the time to look good probably have also taken the time to be ready for sex, if and when it happens. That's always a relief.

Yes, I notice what my girl friend wears. Occasionally other people too. Mostly the only thing I notice in other girls is a change in hair or something like that.

of coarse i do....but i will say i notice simple outfits much more than elaborate ones, like i will notice a girl w/ a belly shirt and a hot pair of jeans w/ cute sneakers, well before a girl decked out in an evening dress w/ a perm and all that stuff....even if its the same girl

Yes you are. What man would want a woman that no other man would want? Not me. I love to see women with fashionable clothes on. Sweats just isn't for anyone except the person wearing them. Tells me that they don't think much of themselves either.
