The Keeshond Club of America (KCA) is the best place to start. Go to http://www.keeshond.org/ and choose 'BREEDER REFERRAL' from the drop down list of 'ORGANIZATIONS'. You could also select 'KEESHOND RESCUE' too.
Additionally, my forum KeesTalk would be another good place to go. Go to http://www.keestalk.net/forum and click 'REGISTER'. We have a terrific Kees-In-Need section and list many Kees-In-Need there. Several of my members have already gooten a Keeshond for FREE or very little. Not to mention, one of my moderators, a breeder, recently helped a memebr acquire a puppy from some friends of hers who are just getting into the breeding and show circut.

Try the Keeshond club of america website.
Be aware that they are bouncy, hairy, and barky in addition to sweet. Great working dogs though!
