15-20 lbs but u put on that much by drinking that much water. its not healthy. really wear light single layers and just work harder to make it muscle and u will lose the weight more permanently

Most people should drink not less than 6 eight ounce glasses of water a day. The usual is 8 glasses of 8 ounces per day. Excess water will harm your health due you will lose a lot of minerals, vitamins necessary for your well being. If you want to lose weight go on the "Diabetic Diet" with exercise in moderation. You don't have to be diabetic to be on this diet. It is a well balanced diet and surely you will lose weight.

U can loose water weight by simply lowering your salt intake. Drinking that much water a day can be harmful along with wearing layers while exercising.

I don't know how much you would lose, but make sure you have your electrolytes with your water, or you could have cramps, or worse! Too much water can actually flush out necessary sodium and potassium. Balance is the key.

Well if you don't pass out you will sweat out some of the water but you didn't give me enough info to use calculus to mathematically give you an accurate amount so I'd say quite a bit dude. :-)
