Since the criteria is that which makes the most sense, it means then that it must be in accordance with the normal ability to think or reason soundly. Subjectivity, experience, and even heritage, are ruled out as criteria. Thus the religion must be chosen on the basis of that which is most logical, reasonable, coherent, internally consistent, and explains the most facts, i.e. has best explanatory powers. Having said that, we need to acknowledge the fact that the powers of the human mind are limited, and there is always some mystery in religion where it apparently seems not to make sense. But by and large, it should. So by this criteria, I chose Christianity.

Atheism isn't a religion. It's the lack of a belief in any gods. A religion is a systematic set of beliefs, often involving ritual, regarding the supernatural. But being an atheist means only that you don't believe in a god. One person might be very rational and not believe in the supernatural and not believe in any gods. Then next might believe in ghosts, UFO's, pyramidology and Atlantis but not any gods. Each is an atheist. Atheism isn't a religion, just as baldness isn't a hair color.
That correction being made, I don't think any religions make sense. But i'm less concerned with what religion someone belongs to than with how extreme the person's religious beliefs are. Moderation in religion makes a lot more sense to me than extremist fundamentalism. The less the religion lets people interact easily and readily with others, the more it controls the time and attention of the believers, the less I like it.

If you are looking into joining a religion, I would personally tell you from experience that no religion makes sense, if you look into to the most religions that they all have some sort of actions that cannot be explained, or just things that do not make any sense what so ever. Atheists and Agnostics are most wise becuase they do not have to follow an extra set of guidelines and rules, not to make it sound like I am lazy but it is true. Plus if there is some almighty being than wouldn't we all be happy and everything would be easier. Believing in a religion is just like believing in a friend's cousin's neighbor. You might have heard plenty of that person but never met them, and most likely never will.

Atheism or anything older then what we have recorded in recorded history.
What makes no sense to me is why people keep supporting religions that murder others for the sake of their cause (and no I am not talking about Islam).
And realistically you can put Islam, Christianity, and Judaism all in the same boat, because they worship the same god.

Why not just disregard the labels and exclusivity, and simply "accept only what makes sense to you" ? That religion would have no name, really, but you could say that in ancient times, religion meant something more like connection and duty --- to be "religious" was the opposite of being "negligent", yet also not being "superstitious". Religion was not something to belong to, but rather to experience, and lot limited by the man-made boundaries that now plague us so sadly.

Forget religion.
Christ is the path of salvation.
Christ is the truth of God's Word.
Christ is the life eternal.
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Christ is the tree of life.
Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

The one that speaks the truth of God from His word plainly. Gods word is there for all to see without mens interpatations. Unless God has closed your eyes to the truth.
Joh 12:40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.
Mt 13:14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

Celtic Reconstructionism because it gives me the structure and ways to worship my deities and develop a closer relationship with them. My religion allows me to meet with others of a like mind, to understand the world around me and my place in it, it gives me guidelines to live by, and provides inner peace and fulfillment. It works for me. YMMV

The religion that Jesus taught. Not the wacko christianity that you see and hear today. But loving and caring like Jesus. Being free like Jesus and having the love and peace that Jesus had. My second choice would be Buddhism.

Buddhism. Simply because it focuses more on spiritual awareness and improving onself instead of "save your soul for a heavenly reward".
