This is not a fair question in a way, the reason why I say that is because, everyone who do answer this question will all tell you that they were justified in doing it, because it was done to them first, and that is not good enough, it's just away to pass on the blame for not controlling yourself.

Yes to both questions,
Yes, I have cheated in a long term relationship and,
Yes, I was cheated on in a long term relationship.

I am not going to justify my actions because there was none , No reason to why I did it, I was young and sexually attracted to some one else out side of my relationship, Instead of cheating I should have said something to my guy (of the time) that I was not getting enough attention from him, I didn't and it happened.
I am a married woman and mother now and I would never tell someone else to go out on their mate but, if there are problems maybe you should talk first, and if there is someone else out there that you want don't leave one person hanging to go try out another, be upfront and honest, at least you can go to bed with a clean mind & heart.....

I have cheated on every single girl I have ever dated(5)...except one...Ironically the Girl I didn't cheat on cheated on me..so I guess I got what I deserved in the long run...but most ...well almost all guys cheat so its not that big a deal..and I never got caught either...which I kinda feel bad about...but I can't really help it..there are so many hot girls out there....its hard to resist em all

I almost did... in two cases, both were stupid revenge acts, I was ashamed of them afterwards.

1.) I had a long loving-friendship with a guy but after we joined college, things didn't work too well any more. He was constantly planning to leave the city and area and we had been arguing since months... at the brink of breakup all the time. So, I made friends with another, and once he tried to kiss me, when we were hanging out! I considered this cheating at the time, somehow. But still, first I broke up with my ex, waited a couple of months to get better... and only then I started dating the new guy again!

2.) The second one was during a very harmful and bad relationship I had. Lots of quarrels, being manipulated... and I was sure my boyfriend is acting strangely lately..... that he is hiding something and doesn't want to tell. And I was almost sure he was cheating. So, I went on holidays alone... and met a very nice guy there, who would respect me in all ways. Nothing happened, I just enjoyed his admiration around me. But still, towards the end of holiday, one night I ended up hand in hand with him and afterwards, in his room!
I ALMOST slept with him... but finally didn't. In any case, I considered the whole story cheating and told all of it to my bf at home and also declared that now I definitely want to break up cause I didn't respect our relationship and I WANT TO BE OUT OF IT. Well, he kept begging me for another 4 months, before he'd finally let me go. I don't regret this cheating because it helped me with arguments while saying that I want out of my relationship with him. And, my life got much better after I was set free. It would have taken much longer without that "cheating" act.

I also got cheated, of course, same relship as 2.) but he would never admit. Thank God it was finished, I must say!
It was 3 years ago, and I suffered a lot in it - now I am so happy in comparison to that period,hmm, I can hardly explain!!

Cheating is a very bad thing to do because it undermines your self-esteem beyond hope! You think you hurt the one you cheat on, but actually... you are hurting yourself and your own self-value!

Nope I never cheated. But my husband did. Well he is my EX. Not only was he a cheater, but he was an abuser. There were no shouting matches. I just found a way to get away. With protection and aid I was able to get my personal belongings.

No,yet i changed into on the point of because he left me for see you later and that i heard that he no longer wanting me and as i'm about to get to understand this fellow more effective,he got here decrease back.We did not do some thing,only interior the extent of understanding one yet another like acquaintances do,it truly is all.Do you count number that in too?because i do not. yet I were given cheated by using fellows 3 cases.

I have been cheated on a number of times but it is because I got involved with the wrong person. YOu just have to make your mistakes and hope you learn from them. Life is too short to stay bitter about it!

Nope.....actually once I was playing monopoly with my boyfriend and then I landed on park way which had a hotel on it but instead of giving him 2,000 dollars I gave him 1!!! I'm a horrible girlfriend. THERE! I said it I cheated on my boy friend while in a relationship with him!

HMMMM....bad subject but my first love cheated on me and i knew she was and didnt want to let her go finally i substituted my time i spent with her for the army and i was fine.Then i get out of the army see her randomly and get back with her stupid i know she cheated on me again.the next day after i broke up with her she calls me and says im pregnant .I would'nt of believed it but the guy she cheated on me with was in jail at the time so it was mine.To spite me she has an abortion and then calls me her exact words were "I had to have an abortion i wasn't ready for a kid but i realize i made a mistake and i want you back so if you ever feel like talking call me" my response was simple "NOPE! get your life together"
