have there been any lawsuits for child mix-ups on file in the state in the last 2-3 years. what would the monetary value be on such a mixup. Considering if the infant was breastfed and put at risk for multiple infectious diseases. and the mother had a nervous breakdown.

If there were any lawsuits I doubt very seriously that the public would hear this information ( dollar amount) Now there have been babies kidnapped from hospitals in the chg. area and the hospitals are curbing that down with limiting visitors to the nursery area and they are actually asking for I.D.from the mother when she leaves the hospital with a baby. Sorry if this wasn't the answer that you where looking for
