it means the guy is shy, and doesn't have the nerve to make the first move. nothing to worry about, just give him a the benefit of the doubt and im sure he will come out of his shell

personnaly i like an aggresive woman so if you kept doing that to me i would'nt try to stop you.but in the case you didnt make a move i would eventually.

i could think of of her extra. women folk and adult adult males the two LOVE getting compliments. If a woman informed it to me i could think of that she loved me so i could look at her as though she had a weigh down on me (which she could if she exchange into calling me lovable).
