I used to drink whole milk - delicious, but too many calories and fat. Now I drink 2%. I can't deal with the 1% and no fat - milk needs to have some substance!
On a side note - if milk ever leaves the planet, I'm done.

The answer depends on who is drinking the milk. Children need the calories and the fats for brain development.They should be drinking whole milk which has a fat content of 4%. If someone is watching their calories drink no fat milk to get your calcium.

Why would you want to drink the mammary secretion of another species of animal? Cow's milk is full of cascein, a substance that produces lots of mucous once it is in our body. Milk also contains several thousand pus cells, antibiotic residues, and bovine growth hormone. A better alternative is soy milk. It is available in many flavors and fat levels. When you think about it, would you go up to a cow and squirt milk from her udder into your mouth? If the answer to that question is yes, it won't much matter how much fat is in it, will it??

Skim Milk is the best because it has less fat. However, 1% and 2& are tasty. It all depends on what you like, but my family only buys Skim. When I babysit some kids down the street, they have 2%, which has a creamy texture to it..it's all your opinion dude

non-fat milk is the way to go, but if it taste like water to you maybe you should look into soy milk. It has a wierd taste in the beginning, but I like it better than milk, especially if one is lactose intolerance. You can drink it reg. or get the vanilla flavor or chocolate, it has as much calcium and nutrients as milk, plus protein and cholesterol free.

Non Fat(skim) milk is the healthiest. 1% is a good compromise for people who can not tolerate skim milks lack of flavor.

If your fat than you should drink no fat milk if your too skinny than you should drink 2% and if your normal you should drink 1%
