ACT like you're not interested. Make him think you're more interested in something that revolves around him (example: his best friend) or find something ya'll both have in common and focus on that

you go and make the first move...find out his interests...make his interests yours and then when he starts to notice you a little bit more...you make that move...ask to hang out first then gradually get into "gf" status
