Si, voglio decire esattamente esso, ed io gia posso parlare italiano basico. Io gia so grammatica. Solo ho bisogno di imparare un po'di vocabolario. Poi esso, io vado a imparare francese. A presto!

It's a bit wrong, but I'll put between ( ) the correction in italian also. It goes like this:
"Yes, I really want to say this (voglio dire esattamente...), and I can already speak basic italian. I know already grammar. I only need to learn a bit of voccabulary. Then, I am about to learn french. What is the PUC? Today, I went ice-skating (io sono andato). It was real fun (E' stato). Oh, it will be my birthday (ci sara' il mio compleanno). I think my father will give me a telephone, probably a RAZR. Very good, it was a pleasure to talk to you by email. I hope to see you (spero di vederti) in church next saturday. See you soon!"

Some segments say this:

decire esattamente esso = will say exactly that (I believe)
parlare italiano basico = will speak, or TO speak basic Italian
Poi esso, io vado a imparare francese = For this, I am going to learn French (I believe)
divertente = fun, or funny (I believe)
mio compleanno = my birthday
credo che mio padre = I believe that my father
mi dara un telefonino = will give me a telephone
probabilmente un RAZR = probably a RAZR (Motorola)
parlare con te = to speak with you (or your I believe)
il prossimo sabato = the next saturday

This translation comes from a decent background in textbook Spanish, although it is Italian that you have here.

Some comparison to what I believe is the translation to Spanish:

il prosimmo sabato = el proximo sabado
parlare con te = hablare con tu
mi dara un telefonino = me dara un telefonico
poi esso, io vado a imparare = por eso, yo voy a aprender
decire esattamente esso = decire exactamente eso

hey, are you sure you dunno how to speak Italian? Don't worry! I will help ya out. Whoever wrote it talks about Grammar and basic Italian. She/he says he had fun skating on ice. She/He also says that she/he will soon be celebrating her/his birthday, and that she/he believes her/his father will give her/him a cellular telephone. Probably a Razor. She/he also says that it has been a pleasure talking to you by email. And that she/he is hoping to see ya next Saturday. (Although I don't know where). I hope it helped you.
