Well lets see both people are dead but i have no clue who there lawyers were. Im the outcast of the family so i dont get told ****. Also about i should have been contacted there is no way because i have been teraveling alot and no one knew how to get ahold of me. So hope that helps some of you. thanks

If you were in the will you should have been contacted by the lawyer handling the estate. Call your father or grandfathers lawyer.

Wills are on file at the court house. You can get a copy for about $10.00, but only after the person is dead.

Only way then is to see an attorney. The attorney will be able to get a copy of the will for you to see.

as whoever held power of attorney at the time of your fathers death. legally though, at the reading of the will, anyone who is neamed on it is supposed to be present

Won't know until they die, then you'll get a letter if you are.

Try spending your time making your own money, then you won't have to worry about lying relatives.

hold dad and gramps hostage and threaten to become a loser who only will stay on the computer in YAHOO questions and answers all day and nite if they don't answer you
