Hey. I used to have the same problem. All through middle school and high school I was 'the skinny girl'. I weighed under 100 lb for most of this period. I ate constantly but couldn't put on any weight. It's discouraging to hear people accuse you of having an eating disorder, I know. Just keep in mind that it's NOT true. You know yourself better than anyone else and no one but you can make such distinctions about yourself.

Don't let them bother you. If they really care about you, assure them that you're fine. Prove it to them, somehow. Otherwise, just ignore it. They're not worth your time.

I know exactly how you feel im 5'7 and i just hit 100 lbs! A lot of people think that i have an eating disorder but i eat more than 5 people. The only thing you can do is eat when your hungry and don't really think about what other people are sayin. Most of the time the people are just jealous. What ever you do dont try to gainn weight just to make them happy.

I had the same problem for years and year and as much as you try to prove them wrong more they bother you. So, don´t even try. The people like to see problem in other because they don´t want to see their own ones. Still, you can try to drink water or eat healthy food in front of them, like salad or fruit. If they something, say that you are worry about the your future and the adult example is not nice, how many people is sick because they eat too much and bad? Also, if you want to be more direct tell them that yes, you have a problem that is yours and they don't have anything to tell you.

I understand what you are going through. When I was a teenager I was very thin and people made comments. I was still a size 0 at age 20! You cant really prove it though. Just explain that your activities keep you thin and you cant help it!

Sit down with them and enjoy a burger or a plate of spaghetti. That will shut them up. I had a big celebration when I finally tipped the scales at 100 lbs. My dad used to call me skinny minnie.

Chubby up. When they say you have a eating disorder, it's usually because you're too thin.

I have no idea.
I have the same prob.
Everyone's always telling me i'm anorexic, but i eat alot.
I don't see myself as "skinny" but I also don't see myself as "fat".
People can't help the way their bodies function.
It's your metabolism.
Just don't pay attention to them.

People say the same thing about me. You shouldn't care what they think. I am very athletic too.

You can't really "prove" it. Just keep sticking to whatever you're saying in defense to this.
