Not much detail here. I assume you are a girl and not quite a teenager. I am sure your grandpa is really looking forward to having his granddaughter over for a visit. On the other hand you may be having doubts about what you are going to do for a whole week with this old person.
You didn't say if you have any siblings going with you so I will again assume you are going alone. I would suggest you bring as much as you can to entertain yourself that will fit in a travel bag such as books, games, a small craft project to work on and etc.
This will be a very special time for you to get better acquainted with you grandpa. Old people love to talk about the old days. Ask him what it was like when he was your age in the old days. Help him cook breakfast and dinner. Suggest going to the nearby park, movie theater or zoo. Good Luck and have fun.

You don't say how old you are or how old Grandpa is, so I will suggest what my son did, his Grandpa is a non-stop talker, constant repeater, drive everyone crazy.
1)He would ask him to show him his war medals. He would sit there and listen.
2)Then he would ask Grandpa what he can do to help, he would vacuum the car or cut the grass, organize the pantry.
3)Grandpa loves chocolate, so he would make him chocolate pudding for dessert (Instant).
4)Ask Grandpa what his life was like as a kid. What school was like? What kind of chores he had to do. Keep this in mind for a future school paper.
5)Ask him about b&w tv and the changes he has seen in his life, like computers or everyone having cars.
