it rots your brain. Tests showed that when a certain amount of aspartame were fed to 5 monkeys . Results were extreme seizures and one death. don't consume aspartame. lol

Don't you think putting anything that is totally fake into your body is going to be bad for you? Your body needs food and drink to rebuild it's cells. How can it rebuild the cells when it doesn't have biological agents to work with?

well it is a chemical ingrediant, and people were meant to eat food not chemicals. If you need a low cal sweetner, try xylitol, it is from a plant. They might sell it at your local health food store
