Ladies, if there was something meaningful and constructive that you could say to us guys, to help us get over this fear of rejection... what would it be?
Im a fraternity guy in college and I deal with this problem as well as many other guys around me... I seem to have some of the hardest trouble though. So ladies, what do you think can make a difference for us mentally? Don't just say "be more assertive." Give us some feedback!

you have to realize that rejection is part of life. Don't get discouraged...if at first you don't succeed try and try again. There are plenty of women out there and if you are honest and you are yourself then you will attract someone out there. Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game!!!

I think a fear of rejection is valid, on both parties, but I also think that if you find a girl that you're really truly interested in, the fear slips aside to make way for the possibility of something truly spectacular. Least that's in my own experience. If you want, maybe test ask some girls out. If they say no, then you don't really want them anyway, cause they're passing up on getting to know a truly great person...you :) yeah ok that sounds really self help ish, but its true.

DON'T TAKE REJECTION PERSONALLY.
understand that the world is basically self-centered and people are usually thinking about themselves most of the time...
if someone rejects you, know that they are not rejecting you, because they do NOT KNOW YOU!!! If you are a good person, then it is the female's loss.
everyone is at a different stage in their lives (especially young people). some want variety ~~ some have particular interests (ONLY BLUE EYES, only curly hair, etc.)....as girls mature, they will settle and look for QUALITY and an OVERALL PICTURE.

There are probably a lot of girls you guys just don't see or notice that are attracted to you.

girls like guys who try.if u like a girl,dont b afraid 2 tell her or get rejected.if u keep asking or try getting 2 know a girl then ask her out,she miit b interested.dont be afraid.i cant talk bcuz i nvr ask guys out,im afraid.
