The absolute best, and I swear to you is hot oil. No matter what type of hair products you use, hot oil will save you! I just answered a similar question to this yesterday!!!!
This is what you do. You can either use !00% virgin olive oil from the first press (which is a bit smelly), or what I like is Alberto vo5 hot oil treatment. If your hair is long heat up 2 tubes at a time. Take a cup of VERY hot water . Insert one or two tubes of the hot oil treatment and heat them for at least 2-3 minutes. Wet your hair thoroughly. Then open the one or two tubes and apply and massage the hot oil into your hair. Let it soak in for at least 2-3 more minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo twice. Follow with a good conditioner.
If you are on a more limited budget, Queen Helene is a brand that makes a hot oil brand called Cholestrol. It isn't bad. You shampoo first. Then you heat the oil up, put in your hair, rinse well; then condition. Olive oil is my last choice because it is thicker, smells more, harder to wash out. But believe me, this is the solution to your problems! I have long, beautiful thick hair that I wash, blow dry, hot roll, and color. I use hot oil about 2-3 times a week. My hair is in top condition; it wasn't always!

Here is the regimen that I use when my hair gets extremely dry in winter and summer:
Once or twice a week:
Massage a dollop of mayonnaise into your hair and leave it on for one hour OR comb olive oil through your hair with a wide tooth comb and leave on all night (shampooing it out in the morning).
Shampoo (choose a shampoo for dry, damaged hair. I use Pantene Pro-V.)
Condition your hair and leave conditioner on for 5 minutes (after I put conditioner on, I pull my hair back with a scrunchie while I wash the rest of my body…this takes 5 minutes or longer. I also use Pantene Pro-V conditioner).
Towel dry (do not blow dry unless you HAVE to, it will make dry hair even dryer!). Apply a dab of VO5 Conditioning Hairdressing from about the middle of your hair to the tips. Do not apply it to the roots or your hair will look greasy. (It comes in a tube. The box it is packaged in is gold colored).
Style as usual.
For the rest of the week:
Use the VO5 just on the VERY ENDS of your hair….every morning before styling.

I like the leave in conditioner I get from the beauty shop. Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Daily Leavev-In Tonic.
Find the right product for you by asking a respected hair-care professional next time you go get a cut.

any conditioner should work, try saturating your head with some, combing it through and letting it set.(i soak in a bubble bath when doing this and read a good book) then once you can freely run your fingers through rinse. After your hair is dry from washing and you still want a lil silkiness to it put a capful of conditioner in your palm rub them together (like you would hair gel) and massage through hair. This should work with the cheapest of brands to the most expensive of conditioners.

Sunsilk works properly, yet you besides mght could use a go away in conditioner! The go away in conditioner will fix your hair shop you from having those difficult fly aways! you merely positioned it on your moist hair when you bathe and then do blow dry and straighten, it protects your hair.

I would say either:
1) Aveda Sapwood conditioner
2) Aveda Cherry Almond Bark
Both or these you can find in a salon where the sell Aveda products such as a Carmen salon (though these products might be expensive they work!!!).

MAPLE SYRUP. The key is to massage it into the scalp and leave it in overnight. In the morning rinse with hot water for 5 minutes, then shampoo vigourously.
