Secured cards usually start at a minimum of $200, but many start at $300.

There is one that you may be able to qualify for and that would be Bank of America's $99/$500 secured card. You would put up $99. to have a $500 limit.

You might go to BoA's website and do their credit card selector to see if you are offered that card. From what I've heard, you can only qualify for that one online, you cannot call and request it. (But, that's just something I've heard I can't say for sure if it is true.)

And as the other poster recommended, open an account with a credit union and see if you can get a secured card through them.
