It really depends on the guy. But for me, first she has to be attractive. (thats in the eye of the beholder) Then she has to honest and trust worthy. Next comes funny and fun. Being Smart never hurts and also can get along with my friends and family.. Oh and not a emotional wreck..I know most girls turn on the water works more than men,but if she crys and whines every day that is overboard. Also good in bed is always a plus for most guys.
Really there is no true answer to this question.

I'm not much on the physical part because it really doesn't matter to me. I like girls that aren't bubbly and all that. I like girls that are funny, will actually laugh at dirty jokes, are honest about everything, even their own bigotry, and have a kind of take-no-**** attitude. A girl who's confident in herself is a must.

Down to earth, honest, beautiful (more ways than one), smart (also more ways than one), and sexy. I absolutely cannot resist a girl who is sexy... Im a sucker for those. They are like a frigging bed trap or something
But all in all... a girl who I can have a great time with no matter when and where... is the one I look for
