Do guys really like pretty girls [i.e. girls that don't go a day without makeup plus have a little bit of natural beauty in them] or do they really like average girls like me [girls that don't really wear makeup but are naturally pretty]. I mean, the way guys flirt with average girls is kinda different than the way they flirt with pretty girls. The way they flirt with pretty girls has more of a sexual tension between it than more of an 'Oh I like you' type thing. It's more of a lusting thing, like 'I just wanna have sex with you and that's it' However with average girls, guys flirt with more of a funnier personality and it's just really stupid stuff like 'Oh you spelt that word wrong' when really he knows you didn't. I guess a guy kinda flirts like that with pretty girls too, but I wanna know is it better to be really pretty and have all the guys lusting after you and know that maybe no guy will ever really 'love' you but just for your looks, or to be average looking???

it's all the same really, plus it really has more to do with the way the girl responds.
most of the time the makeup queens are so insecure they walk
around like hey did you notice me give me attention. it's in there
body language and guy's try to flirt for the boost to there ego.
sure maybe they'll get no where, but a smile is worth it.
with girls who are comfortable and more secure with themselves guy's are more comfortable and the flirting takes on more of a humerous nature, kinda like with there guy friends.
you can spice it up by asking the embarrassing, cute, sexy
questions guy's are more scared then women when it comes
to flirting, so they take the safe route, and keep it light, unless they take the head first jump in the water for the ego boost and bragging rights with there friends over miss girlie girl.
you'll learn more about a guy and have more serious relationships if you take the comfortable self image route.

Well, I guy can flirt with a pretty girl and it does not matter at all. The guy knows for a fact, carved in stone, that she will never go out with him. So he is free to say anything..he knows he has no chance.
With the average girl, you do have a chance, so you need to watch what you say. A simple 'flirt' can be quite offensive.
I'd say average looking is better. You have a much better shot at happiness. Just look at all the pretty, single women in the world. Take all the super hot teachers that can't find a man and go after their students. The average girl is happly married....

The reason we call it average looks, is because that is what most of us are.
Sure there are men and women out there, that we can look at, and lust after, but know in our hearts, we will never have them.
So isn't it much better, to flirt with a pretty and average girl, knowing or hoping, that you can win them over.
As that old saying goes, "A bird in the hand, is worth two in the bush"
|We all can still enjoy the fantasy of lusting after those pretty ones, as that is all it is, fantasy, a dream. Fun to have, but not real life.

Personally, I think guys prefer "natural" beauty like yours. Anyone can look good with makeup but someone who has natural beauty without makeup -- even if it's "average" beauty -- is a lot hotter.
My opinion: it's better to be average looking and have the right guy fall for you because of 1) who you are and 2) your looks.

i prefer a girl that has a natural look about them but they also have to have a great personality, i have dated some stuck up girls and their ego's and thoughts of themselves get in the middle of what could be something nice, where as a natural girl who is happy with the way they look i reckon will always make a better partner an enjoy the things around them more, so my opinion is natural girls have a better personality and would probably be more committed to the one they have and help create a longer lasting relationship, so being more natural looking is better well that's what i think anyway

Dudes like the really pretty gurls cuz eye candy is great, but half the time theyre self absorbed. And the average gurls look ok, but have the great personalities.........and thats alot better in my book. The hardest thing to find is the good lookin gurl with the persona! Thats what REAL dudes like, a cute gurl thats is a good person and not into herself all the time...........

well darling its only natural to have a guy or a girl flirt with the opposite sex in a sexual manner but it truley depends on what the person portrays themselves as. i mean if you are independent then they will approach u different than a women who is a gold digger... so u shouldnt feel bad and dont change yoursrlf 4 no one

i like a girl who doesnt have to wear makeup, n looks good without it, also i know some girls n they wear to much, sorta like a clown, i dont think it looks good but i guess other guys do. i like a girl to have natural beauty, i really like that

guys probally think that the prettier girls r sluttier than the average girl who wears no make up and they will probally never learn that girls who don't wear make up make better gfs because they no where to draw the line and will save stuff to when their married with the right guy.

You have got to be kidding me? Good looks are a gift, treat them that way. As far as knowing if a guy likes you or your looks, dont have sex, and see how long he lasts!!! god, dosent anybody abstian from sex anymore?
