Hottest I've had is from the Religous Experience Salsa company called "The Wraith". It's hot in you mouth, hot in your stomach, and it's hot on the way out.

The hottest hot sauce I've ever had wasn't a store bought brand. It was a homemade concoction made at this little restaurant in South Alabama. Oh. My. God. That stuff was the hottest sauce I've ever tasted. I'm no coward when it comes to spicy so it has to be pretty hot to make my eyes water, and let me tell you, I cried.

There are way too many out there today to know from one day to the next which is hottest.Personally I do not like super duper hot sauce since they have got habaneros in them and I can not stand the waxy taste of habaneros. My personal favorite hot sauce which I am aware is not your question, is Jamaican Hell Fire in the 4 to 1 ratio bottle.Great taste and excellent heat.

those are "supposedly" the 2 hotest in the world... not only did we see them on tv, we ordered them.. and they are PRETTY DANG HOT!!!!!! and my dad has to have everything with hot sauce. the hotter the better.. and he wont touch those things.

look for something that uses habenero chillies. they are the hottest chillies in the world and some bottles come with warning labels that you're not supposed to eat it if you have high bloood pressure or heart conditions.

My favorite if Frank's. It's not the hottest, but it has the best flavor. I put it on everything.
