A graphics card with 3-D capability is not software ... it is hardware .. meaning that it is an actual thing you can hold in your hand, therefore, you can't download it with current technology.

Maybe Scotty can beam it down ....

You can download drivers for a 3D graphics card you already have on or put on your computer.

Its not possible to download a card. Its possible to downlaod a driver for the card.
