How well do you know the guy? It sounds you two dont talk, so start by going up to him and saying "hey" "whats up" ask questions. Answer his questions. After a while if you want to have a relation ship, and you think he likes you, ask him out

Just walk up to him real calm and collected and start talking to him. If he likes you or seems interested then he will show that and besides some of us guys really like it when woman make the first move. Most of all, be yourself.

just go up and introduce your self and tell him your name andthat you think hes cute confidence is the key its all that matters that and how you present yourself and dont be nervous the worst that could happen is that you dont talk to him like you are no so i cant get worse
