It is VERY unrealistic to think that you could lose 14 pounds in a month in a healthy way. The normal standard is 1 to 2 pounds a week (or maybe 8 pounds in a month).
By the way, 112 lbs at 5'4 and 15y/o sounds pretty perfect to me!! I don't think that you need to lose any weight (you may actually be on the thin side NOW!!).
Puking is BAD for your teeth, esophagus (throat) and stomach.

It sounds like you get more than enough exercise!

Best bet: talk to your doctor about your size/weight and what you are doing to lose weight. Your longterm health is the most important thing!

yeah it's reasonable, but unless you want to have all your teeth turn brown or fall out, I'd suggest stopping the puking. It wears off the enamel because of stomach acid and turns your teeth brown. Try running and limiting yourself to 1000 calories a day. stay away from sugar and bread, and increase your running time by ten minutes everyweek. BTW, 20 miles isn't very much. If yoiu want to lose weight, then run a few miles every day/ every other day. I guaruntee it'll lose all your weight. Also, ignore all the negative commentary from other people. They just feel bad because when you say that you're fat, it means that they're all whales. I'm 15, in X-country, and I burn 3500 calories a day, doing 8 miles of running and 40-60 miles of biking and am NOT annorexic or bulemic or anything else. You aren't fat, and if you can see your rib cage clearly then it isn't attractive. 110 is a good weight, but if you dip below that it gets scary and guys actually retract AWAY from you. SO! hit 110-100 and you're good. Make sure that your bones don't stick out from your body, and make sure you run. RUNNING, or Cross country skiing, are the best ways of losing weight and it makes you happy and look much better! STAY WITH IT!

Being 15 and 112lbs is unhealthy and really skinny..I am almost 17 and also 5'4 in height, i weigh120lbs. I am still skinnier than all my friends, but that's just because I'm taller than them (this is actually a perfect and balanced weight for my height) I just eat really healthy, watch my calories, and workout mildly 3 times a week (swimming, kickboxing, running, walking are great forms of exercises) If you don't eat much and make yourself puke you can ruin your liver and stomach lining. Puking makes your body lose all the important nutrients, and can also make your bones brittle, make your hair thin and fall out, and you can even start loosing eyelashes!
If you decide to be 98lbs you'll look like a walking skeleton! you will start to look pale, your skin will look blotchy, and you will start to see dark circles under your eyes! This is very unattractive to be this skinny and unhealthy!
Try to gain some weight, and just even out your body fat by working out, you will start to look better!

My gf is 5'0" and is 117 lbs. she looks fabulous, she eats well and excersizes everyday. She has gone from a size 10 to a six in just a few months. You do not need to lose weight, if you wish to don't do it by puking, it deprives your body from needed fuel so it can develop correctly. The nutrients you are depriving your body will get you in the end, have you ever heard of osteoperosis? How about alzheimers? You are going through a very important developmental period, if your body does not do it the way nature intended it will get back at you when you are older.

I'm betting that in 5-10 years from now (if you are still alive), your health will be awful. Think osteoperosis, premature ageing, loss of fertility, rotting teeth, stomach ulcers and hiatus hernia, bowel problems, grey hair, dry damaged skin and wrinkles, deterioration of muscles, stunted growth and development. Do you think it's worth risking all this just to be another 10lb smaller? You can say it's lifestyle choice all you want, Anorexia was not invented by pro anorexics, it is classed as a mental illness, whether you agree with it or not and that is all it will ever be. You use the idea of pro-anorexia as an exucse to justify your behaviour. Get help, don't let it destroy your health and your life.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

how ironic..im 94lbs and 5'0 and i would give everything in the world to not be so skinny and have a nicer rounder shape... i think you should really seek some counseling, you might catch yourself in a hospital bed sometime soon not being able to get up because of an anemia or some other complication.

I am also 15 and 5'4 and my doctor said my ideal weight was 110. SO I think you are perfectly fine for your age and height. You dont need to lose anymore weight.
