We never kissed or anything. How do I even get to hug him. All we do is wave and we been going out 4 about a week

well...depends on how old you are...maybe a wave is perfectly acceptable. But if you are like 16 or older and want to just hug him...just hug him...it may seem odd at first but then eventually you'll look up in his eyes and just kiss. But doesn't sound like you need to be seducing anyone at this point in your life...to many things can go wrong and you are just starting your life it sounds like, so take it easy, you got the rest of your life to persue those issues, and that is not the way to hang on to a guy, so don't think that if you have sex with him he will stick around.

Sometimes being agressive in a secluded area will bring him around. You have to understand you have a shy guy who is probably thinking about when the 'perfect' time for him to make his move or take it to another level. Start off by giving him hugs while he is sitting down, start by softly nibbling around his ears, and then eventually take him away and gaze into him as if you were intoxicted by his whole existence (guys notice this and they like it) and slowly start kissing his lips softly (not french kissing). Eventually he will initiatie the full throttle kiss. Seriously, if you do not then you could be waiting half a year to even just get to the hugging phase.

Depends on how old you are. If you are 12, waving is a good thing. If you are 30, then maybe you need a new boyfriend.

Well, I would go buy a garter belt and some sheer stockings and wear it the next time you are with him. It is easy to accidently, show a little stocking top and garter when you are with him, and I have never met a man who didn't go instantly into heat when he sees a girl wearing them. It works every time.

Watch a movie with him and snuggle up to him. When the time is right - turn to him and kiss him and tell him what a wonderful time you are having. It should open the door!

If he aint gonna make the move you go do it he could just be shy or might not know how to approach you. Make the first move it should open things up.
