You don't. I read your previous question and it reminded me of an old friend of mine. He was in love with a girl and called her constantly, talked for hours, bought her gifts, took her to shows/dinners/weekend trips, etc. The only thing that changed with them was the fact that he wised up and moved on. He spent about 2 years trying to be with this girl while she went out on dates and just led him on so that she could have a sense of security. It took him a long time to realize that he was being used even if she could not admit it. In the end she told him there was nothing there but friendship and it would never change. He was heart broken and went so far as to move out of state to get away from everything and start over. So my advice to you would be to continue to be friends. Nothing more. Go on some dates. Replace your infatuation with an actual relationship. The two of you are just using each other right now for emotional support and if she had any interest in you at all you would know it by now.

Stop wasting your time and money and make a new women friend that respects a man and may make a potential good mate.

That might take quite a while. How about you say the big words? :) Women usually expect men to take the initiative in such things.
