So my bf and i have been dating for 6 months, and we have a good realtionship so far.....we live one hour apart, and see each other every week for at least one day...usually we spend the weekends together.....i met him through my best friends roommate at her college....her roommate and him were co workers and visited my friends dorm suite with his friends once in a while....her old roommate started to hate me really bad when i started dating michael...and they stopped talking....well now she still likes him and proceeds to tell everyone about it....it bothers me...she even gave him birthday presents!! he barely talks to her...only when he has to for work...she is very unattractive.....and i dont see her as a threat....its just really bothering me what can i do???? she also likes to spread false rumors about me and say she wants to hit me....i have never fought anyone...and her and i barely know each other.....what can i do??

It sounds like something a high schooler would do. Honestly, be the bigger person, and ignore her just as your boyfriend is. She's just jealous, so she's doing the immature thing and lying about you. Don't stoop to her level. Just keep trusting your boyfriend and live your life happily; that seems to always be the best revenge.

You don't have to do anything, well only if you don't want other people to say bad things about you.Okay, you can tell other people at lunch time or something, tell them that the things that girl said about you it's not true.Well, give some examples..Also maybe they won't believe you, but who cares, at least your BF is still on your side, get your BF to help you with this. But you don't realy have to do anything, because you have your BF, and you guys share a GREAT realtionship, so why care about that girl.

it seems as if your relationship is pretty new so try not to let your whole life revolve around it. just understand that your bf is with u for a reason and obviously this other person is creating all this drama to get attention for herself. she probably knows she has no chance so she wants to try to make it sound as if liking your bf is something casual and not that big of a deal. just talk to your bf and ask him to ignore her as much as possible because the situation makes u uncomfortable. then just ignore the rumors and think that this girl is desperate and has nothing better else to do but bug you.

Stay calm. If you say she's unattractive then just chill. Your boyfriend probably thinks she's scum but I've known guys that cheated just because there was opportunity. Talk to your bf about it and take karate lessons just in case the girl confronts you. (I'm not joking).

You cant stop anyone from liking someone else. From what you described, hes staying loyal and only talking to her when he needs too. Its his choice if he wants to accept the presents. Trust your boyfriend, hes not cheating on you
