Sorry, don't know any, but if you have a budding Piccasso, try your local parks & recreation dept. I feel that formal art training should start later. Preschoolers attention span is too short, and small motor skills are still developing. Let the child have lots of tactile experiences, (finger painting with instant pudding is a really good one because they can lick up their spills)
