Sue them! In California it's legal to sue them. They don't even have to have knowledge that their employees are illegal.. In California a company CAN be sued on the basis of hiring illegals even if they have NO formal knowledge. (like the illegal used a fake i. d.) Just like it's illegal for a company to sell counterfeit merchandise EVEN if they didn't KNOW it was counterfeit... Pass this along....

t's not a "potential" law.. It's an ACTUAL law in California.. No different than stores that sell counterfeit merchandise.. Be safe and keep fair business practices and you won't have any problems..

Good point. Put your gun away, get off the Mexican border and do something about illegal immigration is it means that much to you. The employers hire illegal immigrants for thier own benefit and should shoulder thier share of the blame.

I did not know this....my husband just met with the Utah Attorney General, Mark Shurtleff /aka/ illegallover, who blew us off. We asked him about a woman who was brutally beaten at a May 1 rally, (the police covered it up), he blew it off....we asked about the apparent illegals working on the refurbishing of the State Capitol...he blew us off....

CHECKED OUT THE SITE AND IT IS MARVELOUS! I SENT THIS TO MY HUSBAND SO WE CAN TRY TO INCORPORATE THIS INTO UTAH LAW!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!
