sounds like you sprained it or pulled a muscle. i would go to your doctor so you can get some x-rays done just to make sure you find out exactly what is wrong and can be treated accordingly. in the meantime, i would put ice on your ankle 4-5 times a day for about 15-20 mins each time. i would also take advil (ibuprofen) up to 3 times a day (400-800mg each time) to reduce any swelling. when you are sitting down i would also elevate that affected ankle to help the swelling reduce, and keep it wrapped with an ace bandage for extra support. but get to your doctor as soon as you can! :)

I'd tell you to go to a doctor. I was playing soccer with my friends on uneven ground and well i broke my foot cuz i steped into a hole wrong. Later i couldn't move my toes cuz it hurt so bad. I don't think yours is broken because you'd be crying from the pain of walking around. So i would recommend going to a doctor. Give it like 2 or 3 more days then go to the doctor.

It will eventually go away. You might have slightly sprained it. Ankle injuries are very bad so the only recommendation I have is to ice it and try to rest it. I tore the tendons in my ankle over a year ago and I still have limited movement from it and it is still slightly swollen. If it got this bad, it's permanent though

maybe you sprained the ligament or tendon. It might not be serious but maybe you should go to a doctor to just check it out and make sure everything is fine. If your foot isn't swollen then I don't think it's too drastic

Sounds like you injured a tendon or ligament. Need to rule out a fracture of the tarsal or metatarsal. Rest and splinting would be a good idea. Best idea would be to see a Dr and have it evaluated even xrayed.
