getting toasted?

Question

my sister is getting married to her girlfriend in my state that is legal. Anyways I was wondering would it be wrong to drink a lil bit and smoke before there wedding because i get nervous in front of people? Should i smoke to mellow me out or go there a nervous wreck.
if it matters my sister is a smoke to the fullest.

my reason on why i am a nervous wreck...i don't like to be in large groups of people never have. I wouldn't do it right before...my sister is getting married at four if i did smoke i would smoke around two

Don't drink and definitely don't smoke. Write down what you want to say and only look at them when you say it. The best man at our wedding only looked at us when he made his speech and it was very nice.

hell NO! it doesn't matter what your sister is into or not. you definitely don't want to look like a stoner at a family and friends function... people will be able to tell... and the last thing you want to do, is embarrass your family. i would suggest that you have a cocktail or two... and just enjoy yourself. this is your sisters wedding... not yours. you have no reason to be a nervous wreck.

While you might want to toast with your sister and champagn before the wedding i was skip the smoke. You don't want to reek for the reception. Your sister would kill you.

I wouldn't smoke (horrible smell!), and I would drink only just a little. You don't want to give a toast totally hammered.

practice calming breathing excersises. don't smoke. maybe a small glass of champange to toast your sister on the way to the wedding?? (NOT enough to get a buzz or worse!!)
