Try using a clarifying shampoo, although it will be a gradual removal of the chlorine or the green out of your hair. Or try purchasing an actual swimmers shampoo..
A tip before you hit the pool.
1) Always jump in with wet hair, it's much like a sponge, if it's fully soaked with water it will not absorb more. So your hair will barely, if anything, soak up any of the chlorine.
ALSO, for getting the GREEN/CHLORINE out of your hair I've always heard of lemon juice, vinegar, or tomato paste works real well.

You can either buy a chlorine shampoo, which you can find at almost any store, or get a malibu treatment which you can either get at a salon or you can get an at home treatment at a beauty supply store. Good luck!

DON'T try to shampoo it out! Your hair is dry enough (That's why its so dry)
Use plenty of conditioner, and at least dilute your shampoo for the time being. The chlorine is out but it had enough time to do its damage.

try using a clarifying shampoo...it might take a couple of washes but that should work. if not i think there's a shampoo that you can get at walmart for that but i'm not sure what it's called.

No, what you do is mix about two cups of peroxide with the brand of shampoo that you use, and it will take it right out!
