in Mexico they sell corn on the cob with mayo, parmesian cheese and hot sauce instead of dried pepper flakes...i love it! ...LOL.
why don't u try it?

Paula Deen did it on one of her shows a few weeks back. It looked so good, I fixed it the next night w/grilled steaks - it was awesome!
